Only homemade, fresh flakes are wholesome, containing valuable vital elements, everything is completely retained so there is no loss of vitamins or minerals. That is exactly why producing your own fresh flakes is so important! Industrially processed flakes, which can be bought anywhere, have been subjected to a great deal of heat and in order to guarantee long-time use have thus been preserved (e.g. over steam). There is very little information available on the fact that this method causes important vitamins and enzymes to be destroyed.
The word "BIO" (“Organic”) alone does not say it all!
"BIO" is an important base for healthy nutrition, but even the best, purely organically cultivated grain can easily become worthless if treated wrongly.

The new Flaker Master is an expert in flaking or crushing

Depending on the size of the ingredients, you can change the roller spacing and so have the possibility of processing even the smallest ingredients to perfect flakes.
A newly developed adjustment system prevents idling of the rollers.

The flakes fall directly into the wooden container. Breakable glass and unsuitable plastic parts can therefore be avoided.
The housing of the flaker is made of hard beech wood and treated outside only with organic bees wax oil.
For a flaker developed for pressing of grains and seeds, it is uncommon to crush spices, wood or spice mixtures.

Larger, thin flakes are produced which can be then crumbled by hand in a matter of seconds to the smallest possible size.
